I do hope, however, that you didn't can that half jar of it; I don't think all that head room is good.<BR/><BR/>My coworker, Clare, says that you might consider - for next time - using a powder that is used to sterilise beer bottles before bottling. We think it's an oxidation powder.<BR/><BR/>My other coworker, Josh, who has lots experience canning, says just boil the jars, then turn them upside-down over a clean towel.
